Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place you will be subject to a charge of 50% of your service. If you no-show or cancel an appointment the same day as service you will be subject to a charge of 100% of your service. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Parking: Street parking is available, must use CBUS parking app. Parking in the back of the building is prohibited and your vehicle will be towed at your expense. Masks are required for the entirety of your service. New clients must complete a new client intake form no less than 24 hours prior to service. The client intake form can be located on ATOB4u.com or as a link at the bottom of your confirmation email.
